New podcast alert!!!! One of my favorite storylines heading  into the belmontstakes this weekend is Kentucky Derby winner Golden Tempo.  There is buzz about how good the horse looks right now and how his maturation at the right time could leave him with another of horse racing's biggest wins. 

On the latest episode of thingsnoonetellsyoupod, I sit down with Golden Tempo owner Daisy Phipps Pulito and trainer reredevaux who made history as the first female trainer to win the Kentucky Derby as they look ahead to this weekend's Belmont Stakes 

The Kentucky Derby lasts about two minutes, but the journey to get there can take a lifetime. 

I loved hearing them share everything that led to that historic Derby win and what the moment meant to the people who have believed in this horse from the very beginning.
