Meet Kate! 

“Being from Louisiana, I knew rush week was going to be such an exciting experience, but I really didn’t know what to expect. I recognized so many familiar faces among the houses, but something about Kappa felt comfortable, fun, and genuine. Each time I walked back through the doors of Kappa, I immediately felt a sense of relief and belonging. The connection and friendship between the girls felt so real and showed me the sisterhood I could experience in the future. I wanted a place I could call my home away from home, and that is exactly what Kappa is to me. It is an uplifting place filled with girls who always want to lift each other up and encourage one another every day. Every friendship I have made since going Kappa feels like one that has lasted and will continue to last a lifetime. Knowing I would be very busy with the Alabama Dance Team, the overwhelming love and support I have received from the girls in my PC and the older members has been everything and more. Choosing Kappa is a decision I would make over and over again, and I can’t wait for PC ‘26 to feel the same. There has never been a dull moment with my Kappa sisters, and I wouldn’t trade that for the world!! As always, KAPPA’S IT!!💙💙”
