Trader Joe’s Apple Pie Espresso Martini:
- 1.5 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1/2 tbs. Trader Joe’s Apple Pie Spread with 1 shot of espresso brewed over
- .75 oz. coffee liqueur
- .5 oz. Baileys Apple Pie
- dash of cinnamon
- cinnamon and apples on a skewer for garnish

Pumpkin Fireball Trifles:
1.Pumpkin Cake
-1 box white cake mix
-4 eggs
-1/2 cup oil
-1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
-1/4 cup sugar
-1/4 cup water
-1 tsp. each cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice

2.Whipped Cream:
-6 oz. cream cheese, softened
-3/4 cup powdered sugar
-1.5 cups heavy cream
-1/8 cup Fireball
-1 tsp. cinnamon

3.Topping
-caramel sauce
-Fireball shooters

Apple Cider Margaritas:
- 1.5 oz. tequila
- .5 oz. triple sec
- .5 oz. lime juice
- 2 oz. apple cider
- cinnamon sugar to rim the glass
- red apple slice for garnish

Fall Sangria:
- 1 apple
- half a grapefruit 
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 750 ml Sauvignon Blanc
- top with ginger beer
- garnish with pomegranate seeds, leaf shaped apple slices, and star anise

Frozen Chai Martini:
- 3/4 cup chai concentrate 
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbs. vanilla syrup
- 1 & 1/2 Baileys
- 1 & 1/2 oz. vodka
- ice to blend
