50 g (½ cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
150 g (¾ cup) granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 large eggs
120 mL (½ cup) neutral oil
180 mL (¾ cup) whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Filling
1 (8 oz / 227 g) tub mascarpone
476 mL (2 cups) heavy cream
40 g (⅓ cup) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2–3 ripe bananas
