Burger patties

450g lean ground beef 93%
1/2 large onion, grated
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
¾ tsp kosher salt
Fresh black pepper

Burger sauce

100g (about ⅓ cup) Greek yogurt
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp pickle juice
½ tsp cayenne
Fresh cracked pepper
