Arizona is spending $11.3 billion on roads over the next five years—but drivers should expect even more construction before traffic gets better.

ADOT’s newly approved plan includes freeway expansions, bridge repairs, repaving, new lanes and major upgrades across the state.

Some of the biggest projects involve I-10, I-17, US 60, US 93, the Mini Stack and the future SR 30 freeway.
