Dawkins revealed that the team fines players $800 for every pound that they’re overweight when training camp begins 💸

When asked about his offseason diet, Dawkins said that he and every other player on the Bills’ roster have to be at a certain weight, and are subject to a hefty fine if they report over their limit. 

“Like, you just have to be at a certain weight. If not, you get fined $800 a pound…$800 a pound if you’re over,” Dawkins said. 

“It’s like a team thing, but it’s a league thing. Like the team picks that money mount, but every team has like a weight order…They [The team] sets it for you. You kind of collab, but you really don’t got a choice.”
