📈 KERSEY’S VERSATILITY, LEADERSHIP DRIVE STANDOUT CAREER AT SEM‼️🥍

Wyoming Seminary rising senior midfielder and center Ellie Kersey caught up with NEPA Lacrosse after another impressive season for the Blue Knights.

Kersey led Wyoming Seminary in each major offensive category during her junior campaign, finishing with 83 goals, 30 assists and 112 draw-control wins.

She earned First Team WVC Coaches’ All-Star honors for the third consecutive season and was selected to the 22-player NEPA Lacrosse Girls All-District Team.

Kersey also reached three major milestones during the spring, surpassing 200 career goals, 300 career points and 300 career draw controls. She enters her senior season with 228 goals, 87 assists, 315 points, 369 draw controls and 161 ground balls.

Rather than defining herself only by her scoring, Kersey takes pride in being a complete midfielder who can create for teammates, win possessions, secure important ground balls and make an impact defensively.

As she prepares for her final season at Sem, Kersey hopes to become a positive force her teammates can count on while leading by example through her effort in practices and games. She also wants to help the Blue Knights’ younger players develop while pursuing a District 2 championship.

A member of NEPA Impact since she was 10 years old, Kersey wants college coaches to notice her lacrosse IQ and off-ball movement. She emphasized creating space, making additional cuts and consistently finding the correct play—even when the ball is not in her stick.

Kersey also competes in soccer and basketball while maintaining straight A’s and earning high honors during every trimester at Wyoming Seminary. She believes balancing three sports with Sem’s challenging academic environment has prepared her for the demands of becoming a college student-athlete.

This offseason, Kersey has focused on sharpening her stick skills, spending additional time on the wall, improving her conditioning and becoming stronger in the weight room as she prepares for her senior year and the collegiate level.
