We escaped NYC for the weekend and went to Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa in the Finger Lakes 😍 It was just about a four hour drive from NYC and we spent our time enjoying their spa,  feasting on great farm-to-table meals, and soaking up some amazing lake-side views.
