From Cambridge to São Paulo, Franky is spending her summer applying technology to strengthen financial security.

A rising sophomore majoring in Economics and Political Science, Franky is interning with Itaú Unibanco in São Paulo, Brazil. As a member of the bank’s fraud team, she’s helping develop a large language model (LLM) to streamline the detection and flagging of fraudulent transactions, supporting safer and more efficient financial operations.

We’re excited to see all that Franky accomplishes this summer and can’t wait to welcome her back to Rockwell Cage this fall! ❤️🖤
