Here are sun safety tips from our partners Panama Jack. ☀️

1️⃣ Apply sunscreen 15 minutes prior to exposure
2️⃣ Reapply after towel drying, 80 minutes of swimming or sweating or at least every 2 hours
3️⃣ Wear at least an SPF 30 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
