Last weekend, our President ava_truini and Vice President of Operations josielamattina had the opportunity to connect with members from Theta chapters across the US and Canada, along with various alumnae chapters at the kappaalphathetahq Grand Convention Conference!

Throughout the conference, Ava participated in voting on proposed updates to our Constitution and Bylaws, while Josie attended leadership workshops focused on strengthening chapter operations and collaborating with fellow members. Together, they represented our chapter with pride and brought back valuable insights to help our chapter grow!

They also had the chance to hear from keynote speakers kim_lear and meganhellerer whose inspiring talks focused on leadership, innovation, and preparing for the future.

It was an incredible weekend of learning, collaboration, and celebrating our shared sisterhood!! 💛
