My guy Keen, surprises me with every fragrance bottle of PapaTui_ by getting something engraved on the back. 

Seeing that U fired me up 🙌🏾 🔥 we changed the way the game was played with swagger, intensity and we brought home National Championships to the city of Miami! 

There was a sign that was above our Miami weightroom door that read

A life philosophy that stuck with me every day since.
