For the last 18 months I’ve disappeared a bit. Not because I wasn’t working… but because every spare hour was going into something I believed the industry deserved.

There were plenty of moments I questioned myself. Times I thought I’d taken on something way bigger than me. Learning things I never imagined I’d have to learn. Starting again when things broke. Wondering if anyone would even care when it was finally finished.

But here we are.

Go.ROQIT is live. goroqit 

I didn’t build this because I wanted to start a tech company. I built it because I’ve spent over 25 years behind a barber chair watching talented people struggle to find the right opportunities, and brilliant businesses struggle to find the right people.

I got tired of hearing, “Do you know anyone looking for work?”

So I decided to do something about it.

This launch isn’t the finish line. It’s day one.
