Looking back a little: never would I’ve thought that I would go on a morning run before work. Something that maybe felt hard to do or hard to fit in. Scared I would completely drained the entire day. Turned out I ACTUALLY ENJOYED IT! 🫶🏼 Wouldn’t do it every day but especially on days with a packed afternoon it’s a peaceful way to start the day! ☀️
