📲 This is a short clip of a much longer video I sent to an online student who struggled with a REVERSE PIVOT

I don’t like that term - I prefer to say a poor sway gap (when measured with sportsboxai ) but essentially this player had their chest closer to the target than their pelvis, and this drill was issued to help remedy that! 🙌
