Zesty Chicken Skewers

-Cut the chicken thighs into skewer sized pieces.
-Make the marinade out of 2 cups greek yogurt, 3 cloves garlic minced, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, juice of 1 lemon, zest of 1 lemon, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp black pepper.
-Mix it together, add the chicken, and let it marinate for a few hours or over night.
-Skewer the chicken, grill over direct heat until charred and hitting 165F internal.
-Make the toping by mixing together chopped parsley, green onion, minced garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and olive oil.
-Pour it over the chicken and serve over cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta cheese.
