Ssshhhhh… I’m such a proud mama. 🥹❤️

The balloon columns were one thing, but watching her come on-site, inflate every balloon, and put this entire balloon garland together by herself? 10/10. 👏🏽

A few fun facts about my little assistant:
▪️ She doesn’t wake up saying, “OMG, I want to do balloons.” 😂
▪️ She’s motivated by making money. It’s always, “How much am I getting paid?” before she accepts the job. 😩💰
▪️ I still have to tell her what to do a few times… even though she already knows. 🤦🏽‍♀️
▪️ She’s the slowest person on event days. Somehow she can stay up until 4 a.m. knowing we have a 9 a.m. install. 🫠

But watching her learn, grow, and gain confidence has been one of my favorite parts of this business.

I think it’s pretty amazing that I’m able to teach my daughter a profitable skill that she can take with her long after she’s leaves home. Whether she uses it for extra spending money in college, starts her own business, or simply always has a way to make income, that’s something no one can ever take away from her.

Now… if I can just get her to move a little faster on install days. 😂
