Jackie Johnston, better known to her millions of followers as Coach Jackie, is a social media content creator based in Washington, D.C. Although she’s posted online since 2017, over the last few years, Jackie’s online presence has grown significantly. Named in the 2026 TIME100 Creators list, Jackie is what TIME describes as “equal parts educator, advocate, and fan.” A women’s sports enthusiast, Jackie uses her online platform to uplift, support, and celebrate women’s sports at every opportunity. 

At just 24 years old, she has built a community of more than 1.3 million followers across TikTok and Instagram. Her growing audience tunes in as she breaks down sports’ biggest stories, shares lesser-known news to spread awareness, and spotlights female athletes across sports worldwide. Earlier this year, Jackie also joined Victory+, the National Women’s Soccer League’s streaming service, where she regularly hosts alternate broadcasts for the league. 

Through her platform, Jackie has also built a strong connection with the LGBTQIA+ community. Queer herself, Jackie’s content highlights the intersection of women’s sports and queer identity. She blends sports-focused content with pop culture and LGBTQIA+ representation online, reaching a wide audience and expanding the conversation around athletics.
