Players will spend part of their session each night with experienced PowerPlex coaches learning the basic skills of volleyball. For the second half, players will be assigned teams randomly to compete in fun competitions: 4 v 4, Queens, Half and Short Court, and 6 v 6. Each night will be a different lesson and a different style of play, so players learn to adapt and grow in any situation.
