I get asked about these a ton, so I wanted to show you three sweet spot trainers that I really like. 

I’ve been using these a lot in the winter months, and they’re great for working on contact and timing. They’re also super fun if you want to challenge your friends. For me, this is still one of the best training tools you can get for tennis. 🎾
