Helsinki, Nueva York y los Poconos: reencontrarme con amigos de la universidad, compartir tiempo juntos y vivir momentos que me recordaron lo importante que es la conexión humana. ✨💛

Durante el poco tiempo que estuve allí, Helsinki me pareció súper abierta y acogedora con la comunidad LGBTQ+. Nueva York tenía una energía ligera y refrescante, y mi tiempo en los Poconos me recordó que muchas veces son las personas y la comunidad las que hacen que un lugar se sienta seguro y especial.

Washington, DC sigue siendo mi hogar y es una ciudad que me importa profundamente. A veces hace falta alejarnos un poco para regresar con más claridad sobre lo que valoramos y sobre lo que queremos aportar, aunque sea desde nuestro pequeño espacio.

Por seguir creando lugares donde las personas puedan respirar, conectar y sentirse libres de ser quienes son. ✨

DC is still home, and I care deeply about it. Sometimes stepping away helps you return with a clearer sense of what you value and what you hope to contribute, even in small ways.
