## Caption

Very pleased to have achieved planning permission and listed building consent for a rear extension and significant internal reconfiguration as well as a full restoration and refurbishment of their five storey home in Primrose Hill.
We worked with Orcadian planning consultants and Smith Jenkins historic consultants to do a pre app before hand which means you can get feedback and de-risk the actual applications.
Camden were helpful and supportive of the design and were looking forward to seeing the transformation once the project starts on site.
