new hobby just dropped: working on my attention span ✨

lately i’ve realized i have such a hard time just focusing on one thing: a movie, a book, a game, you name it. 

so i’ve been trying to really slow down with the media i consume and make those moments feel a little more inviting instead. snacks for reading in the park, comfy clothes before a movie, little things that make it easier to settle in. 

i’m calling it my #slowmediadiet. just practicing enjoying things with fewer distractions (and without an agenda).
