happy drive music video day to all who celebrate 🌸🦋

this album became a huge part of my life 10 years ago and has inspired countless art projects, designs, paintings, and sculptures over the years. it showed younger me a whole new level of creativity that i hadn’t unlocked yet (and still haven’t, but I’ve accepted i will never be on the level of 19 year old iamhalsey)

over the past few months i’ve been revisiting my roots and making designs inspired by the very album that made me fall in love with graphic design (shoutout to garretthilliker) & would go on to make me fall in love with concert photography (thanks to the magic of yasi and donslens). all the way back to the beginning; here’s drive.
