I was competing in junior tournaments since the age of 9 through my first year of college, then dropped my rackets and didn’t touch them for 5 years…

Until just about 3 years ago when an old friend challenged me to a match and well, when you challenge me to a tennis match, inner child Emily is always gonna yes 😆🎾

Almost three years later and here we are 🤍 just part of the weekly workout routine, which makes staying active so much easier and fun 🤌🏼 highly recommend adding a sport related activity as a workout 1-2 times a week, even pickleball (yes, I said it) is very fun for those who want something that is both social oriented and moving your body xx
