REVERSE SEARED RACK OF LAMB 🔥 Crazy easy, stupid tasty and an absolute MUST TRY💯Funny enough this is the FIRST thing I ever smoked back in 2016 when I got my first smoker lol… full circle moment right here 🐑💨 Even if you think you don’t like lamb, this one will change your mind. That gamey taste everyone’s scared of? Nowhere to be found. Just clean, juicy, smoky flavor. Low and slow on the smoker until it hits temp, then a screaming hot sear at the end for that crust. That’s it. That’s the whole trick.
