Seattle’s biggest offseason loss was not a player. It was Klint Kubiak.

In 2024, Seattle used multiple-TE sets on just 21% of snaps and ranked No. 30 in EPA/play from those looks.

In 2025, that jumped to 43% and No. 2 in EPA/play.

That is not a small tweak. That is a full offensive identity change.

Kubiak changed the structure, changed the efficiency, and helped turn the Seahawks into a Super Bowl team. Now Brian Fleury inherits the system and the pressure that comes with it.
