🎷✨ A night celebrating the global heartbeat of New Orleans jazz!
At the historic Théâtre Antique in Vienne, France, the New Orleans Jazz Museum presented a featured performance led by James Andrews in partnership with Villa Albertine and Jazz à Vienne. The unforgettable evening brought together an incredible ensemble featuring Victor Campbell, Gregory Hicks, and Sam Dickey, with special appearances by former Villa Albertine residents Sélène Saint-Aimé, Tiss Rodriguez, and Anne Paceo.
This powerful collaboration highlighted the enduring influence of New Orleans jazz through a vibrant exchange between Louisiana and French artists—celebrating shared musical roots, artistic innovation, and the international connections that continue to carry the spirit of New Orleans around the world. 🌎🎶
The concert also served as the opening performance for our very own Jon Batiste, setting the stage for a remarkable celebration of music, culture, and creativity.
Through partnerships, performances, and educational initiatives, the New Orleans Jazz Museum creates opportunities for New Orleans musicians to share their artistry on a global stage—connecting Louisiana’s rich musical traditions with audiences and collaborators around the world.
