I’m in NY, representing seescandies and doing TWO, 2-hour baking presentations to a total of 16 editors from publications like Food & Wine, People, InStyle, Martha Stewart, Travel+Leisure, Cosmopolitan, BuzzFeed, and more. 
This has been in the works for MONTHS! Lots of planning, lots of Zoom calls, lots of second-guessing (on my part—let me tell ya about the night I didn’t sleep at all after telling See’s yes). Now it’s here, I’ve prepped all day today, and I am actually SO PUMPED to do this. 
A decade ago, I could barely leave the house. Driving 20 miles to SLC was daunting. My anxiety and depression were crippling. 
Holy moly I’ve come a long way.
