I’m finishing the year strong 💪🏾 
I had to get an accurate depiction of my body fat percentage and weight. So I’m getting a dexascan done! ✅

I’ll be doing this monthly to access my progress towards reaching my end of the year goal. I’ll be going into the New Year feeling my best! 💪🏾
