I’m always looking for ways to challenge myself. I took a week off from the gym and decided to return with something new! 
Rock Climbing 🧗🏾‍♂️was fun! I’ll definitely be returning. I need to conquer a few more of those boulders! 
In the meantime I’ll get back to the gym to strengthen my core! 💪🏾
