Jalapeño Chicken Thigh Sandwich is now my number one chicken sandwich.  Easy to make and everyone in the house loved it!  I saw my pal Matt Pittman, founder of Meat Church, make this sandwich recently and then when Meat Church launched the Garlic & Jalapeño Blanco seasoning I had to try it all together.  WINNER!  Details below. @Meat Church  -3lbs Chicken Thighs, boneless/skinless. Could use less chicken, depending on how many sandwiches and leftovers you want -28oz Pickled Jalapeños with carrots and onions -Pepper Jack Cheese -Brioche Buns, buttered and toasted -Meat Church Garlic & Jalapeño Blanco seasoning -Mayo, we use Dukes **Place all chicken in zip lock or container with lid.  Pour in Pickled Jalapeños with all contents.   **Thoroughly mix together, make sure chicken is covered. Marinate in fridge over night. We did 24 hours **Place chicken on prep platter and season with Garlic Jalapeño Blanco **Crack a beer and go start your fire **We cooked on Hasty Bake charcoal grill for about 24 minutes turning often until Chicken at reached about 175 **Note we closed lid for about 5 minutes then cooked open lid style with good fire to give chicken great color  **Cover thighs with cheese of your choice, Pepper Jack was perfect!   **Toast the buns, add some mayo, you have a great chicken sandwich **It is not spicy, just great flavor **Feel free to add lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc…..but it just right as is.  **My son added homemade ranch dressing instead of Mayo, that is great too! #chickensandwich #meatchurch #3piecesofpecan #bbqchicken #fyp
