🔥 16 years old with a dream of doing it all and no road map to how it would unfold ➔.

My journey started at 16, falling in love with cooking but quickly realizing that traditional kitchen walls couldn’t hold me. I wanted the wild Australian landscape, the crackle of wood, and the freedom of the outdoors.

So, I traded commercial stoves for open flames, pioneering open-fire catering back home in Australia. 

🇦🇺Fast forward to today, and I’ve brought that raw, Aussie fire-cooking spirit all the way to the USA! 

🇺🇸 Seeing America embrace this wild way of cooking has been an absolute dream come true.From Tasmania to the States, the journey has been smoky, wild, and beautiful. Thank you for chasing the smoke with me.
