A tomahawk steak, a fire, and a little patience.

Cooked slowly over the fire, this is one of my favourite ways to prepare a great piece of beef. The fire creates a beautiful crust while keeping the centre tender, juicy, and full of flavour.

Simple ingredients. Real fire. Good company.
