વલસાડ જિલ્લાના ભિલાડ રેલવે સ્ટેશન નજીક વિરારથી ભરુચ જતી ભરુચ મેમૂ ટ્રેનનું એન્જિન અચાનક પાટા પરથી ઉતરી જતાં ટ્રેન વ્યવહારમાં અસ્થાયી વિક્ષેપ સર્જાયો હતો. સદનસીબે ટ્રેનમાં સવાર તમામ મુસાફરો સુરક્ષિત રહ્યા અને કોઈ જાનહાનિ કે ગંભીર ઈજા થઈ નથી. ઘટનાને પગલે મુંબઈ-અમદાવાદ રૂટ પર દોડતી અનેક ટ્રેનોના સંચાલન પર અસર પડી છે. રેલવે વિભાગે તાત્કાલિક રેસ્ક્યૂ અને ટેક્નિકલ ટીમોને સ્થળ પર મોકલી એન્જિનને ફરી પાટા પર લાવવાની કામગીરી શરૂ કરી છે, જ્યારે ઘટનાના કારણોની તપાસ પણ હાથ ધરવામાં આવી છે.
