Healing isn’t linear. Had some regression after filming the last one. Tried not to let it get me down. Perpetually feels like some sort of re-rusting, grasping, or back to square one shit. Trying to find home again, trying to find myself in movement while maintaining safety, yet internally wanting to run and push and expand. A drive to explore limits while being limited. Using these tasks in my little blue book to figure things out while operating within a container feels safer than walking into a space empty handed. Share some new ones below that I can explore next.
