New Q1 2026 FEP data reports giving is up +4.3% YoY, and donor losses eased to just -0.8% (down from -2.3% last year). Growth is broad-based with small, midsize, major, and supersize donors up across the board.

Retention is steady at 18%, but new-donor conversion is still the sector's pain point.
