Assistant Chief of Police Barbara West may be new to the Henrico Police family, but she's been in law enforcement for over 26 years. Making history from day one, West is the first Black female to hold the position of Lieutenant Colonel in the Division. Her wisdom and experience will be a great asset for the Division and Henrico. #InternationalWomensDay2021
