Everyone say hello to and meet School Resource Officer Michele Cosel! SRO Cosel has been in law enforcement for 12 years and with Henrico for about 10. Cosel is also a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. We wanted to take a moment during PRIDE Month to celebrate Cosel and all the members of our division who are a part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
