#VanguardPartner Paid Client Testimonial. Training for a marathon taught me that progress doesn’t come from one run. It comes from tens to hundreds of short and long runs, in addition to the decisions I would make weekly.   
 
Getting up early to run, recovering with yoga and stretching, and staying consistent even when I didn’t want to get out there. Trusting the process even when you can’t see the results.
