Official findings from Bring Your Child to Work Day 2026:

✅ Adults answer emails
✅ Adults attend meetings
✅ Adults have snacks

Hosted by Invesco's Working Families Network (WFN) and our Local Employee Experience Forums, this year's Bring Your Child to Work Day gave children across our U.S. offices the chance to experience life at Invesco through volunteer opportunities, interactive challenges and creative activities.

From Invesco Cares activities and the Spend, Save, Give & Invest Lesson to Financial Family Feud, Multimedia Broadcast Studio experiences, creative challenges and hands-on learning, children across our participating U.S. offices spent the day exploring new ideas, building connections and getting a glimpse into the world of work.

Most importantly, they got answers to life's biggest workplace questions:

• Why are meetings so long?
• How many snacks can fit into one workday?
• And what exactly does Mom/Dad do all day?

We're not sure that last one was fully solved, but we had a lot of fun trying.
