Curd 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Kashmir chicken 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Sumac 1 tbsp(optional)
Chicken flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

For rice:
Basmati soaked rice 3 cups
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Whole spices (cinnamon stick 2 inch,cardamom 4-5, clove 3-4, bay leaves, star anise 1, balck pepper corn 1 tsp
Onion diced 1 large
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Mix herbs 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chicken broth 2 cups
Green chilli 3-4
Red chilli 3-4
Salt 1 1/2 tsp

Butter 2 tbsp for tadka
