I spend a lot of time talking about the future of food and I believe the ocean is a big part of that conversation.

That's one of the reasons I'm proud to serve on the Board of AltaSea at the Port of Los Angeles and why I'm excited to be back for Blue Hour.

This event brings together chefs, innovators, scientists, and entrepreneurs who are reimagining what's possible through the Blue Economy from sustainable seafood and aquaculture to clean energy and ocean technology.
