🍾 A salmanazar holds the equivalent of 12 standard champagne bottles, and opening one without proper largeformat tools means improvising with forks, multiple sets of hands, and a lot of hope. The cork on a bottle that size is under significantly more pressure than a standard 750ml, which is why restaurants that regularly serve large formats use specialized openers or dedicated corkscrews built for the job. This crew got there eventually.
