A little glute work. A little posing practice.

If I’m being honest, my training hasn’t been as consistent as I’d like. Not because I quit—but because this season has required me to put my family first.

I already know what some people will say…

“Those are just excuses.”
“I did it, so you can too.”

Maybe.

But at what cost?

Missing dinner?
Skipping bedtime?
Having someone else carry the responsibilities that are yours?

Yes, success requires sacrifice. But choose your sacrifices carefully.

I’m still training. I’m still practicing. I’m still chasing the goal.

Just not at the expense of the people God entrusted to me.

The gym will still be there tomorrow. Some moments with family won’t. 

I’m blessed with a support system that is understanding and checks in on me. People that know my heart remind me that we can start where i left off.
