Wanting people to want you doesn't make you attractive. It makes you delusional.

One of the biggest causes of suffering is becoming attached to a version of your life that no longer exists.

Time moves on. We move forward. Our bodies age. We change.

When your mind refuses to change with reality, you end up chasing an impossible expectation. And that gap between what is and what you wish still was becomes the source of your suffering.

You can't drive a car forward while staring into the rearview mirror.

Life works the same way.

Honor your past, learn from it, but don't live there. The only place you can build a better future is where you are right now.
