happy long run day!! 

If only it actually took 14 seconds instead of 2 hours and 14 minutes… haha

did a fun steady long run today: the first 4 miles were easy with some hills, the next 8 were a steady progression, then I finished with 2 easy cooldown miles. 

I loveee breaking long runs up like this because it makes the time fly by and keeps the whole run feeling so much more manageable.
