Lax On Elite wasn’t built to create the most teams.

It was built to create the right environment, where young women are challenged, supported, developed and inspired to become the best version of themselves.

Today, that vision has grown into something far bigger than one person.

It’s the little girl scoring her first goal.

The athlete earning her dream college opportunity.

The teammate who finds lifelong friendships.

The coach who pours into every player.

The parent who knows their daughter has found a second home.

That’s the legacy.

Not trophies.
Not rankings.
Not records.

People.

On Coach V’s birthday, we celebrate the vision that started it all and every athlete, family, coach, and supporter who believed in it enough to help build what Lax On Elite has become.
