TNA Wrestling has invited LeBron James to Thursday’s show. In a release Wednesday, TNA officially invited the new Philadelphia 76ers star to serve as the Official Title Holder for the TNA World Championship match between Nic Nemeth and Jeff Hardy, Thursday at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia.

“As the Philadelphia 76ers now seriously talk titles, TNA Wrestling has a major World Championship match Thursday in Philadelphia,” the release read. “See you ringside, LeBron!”

The invitation comes days after James announced he is leaving the Los Angeles Lakers for Philadelphia. TNA runs the Liacouras Center on Thursday and Friday, the promotion’s first Philadelphia events since 2024, with all matches airing on Thursday Night iMPACT on AMC.
